                                                                                                                  There has been some confusion about what is a septic/lagoon inspection and what is a septic evaluation.  This 2 page document www.inspectorasap.com/files/InspEvalfactsheet[1].pdf is from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, that regulates residential sewer systems, and answers these questions quite well.
